Trevor Richter is an experienced construction management professional with a demonstrated history in residential new home construction. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Grand Homes since September 2018, Trevor has previously held positions as Purchasing Manager at Camden Homes and Project Manager at Daltex Builders Group. Trevor's expertise includes warranty management, remodel project leadership, and business office management, with earlier roles as Warranty Manager/Construction Manager at Altura Homes, Remodel Crew Lead at Preferred One and Blue Valley Ent., and Lead Carpenter at Yates Construction. Trevor began the career journey after completing a diploma at Allen High School in 2003.
