Malin Steffensen

Malin Steffensen is an experienced professional in the hospitality and events management industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales at The Sparrow Hotel since September 2023 and as a Senior Sales Manager at Grand Hôtel Stockholm since June 2016. Malin has a strong background in national and international sales for meetings and events, having held key roles such as Sales Manager at Stockholm Visitors Board and Marketing Manager for Corporate Meetings and Incentives at Åre Convention Bureau. As the founder and manager of Åre Convention Bureau, Malin focused on promoting Åre as a premier meeting destination. Previous positions include Conference Manager at Copperhill Mountain Lodge and Project Leader at Holiday Club Resorts, where Malin contributed to the opening of significant hotel projects. Malin's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing in tourism from Mid Sweden University.
