Jeff Harlin

Chief Administrative Officer Of Grand – Tulsa at GRAND Mental Health

Jeff has been with GRAND Mental Health for 20 years and has worked in the mental health field for 26 years. He started his career as a psychiatric technician at a children’s psychiatric inpatient hospital, then worked as a utilization review specialist and finally a therapist before coming to GRAND.

Jeff joined GRAND as a supervisor for children’s programs in Rogers and Mayes counties. Since then, he’s held several increasingly senior roles within the organization. In his current position, he provides oversight and supervision for the GRAND Addiction Recovery Center and the Tulsa Outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) site. He is responsible for all aspects of operations in Tulsa County.

Jeff’s passion is helping to build future leaders within GRAND and expanding the organization’s service offerings to help more people gain access to the support they need. He appreciates the innovative, out-of-the-box approach to improving mental health care that is core to culture at GRAND. In 2021, he was honored with the CW Ramana Award for his outstanding work with children.
