Josh Cantwell

Chief Operating Officer at GRAND Mental Health

As chief operating officer, Josh guides the day-to-day operations of GRAND Mental Health’s 29 clinics and centers in 13 Oklahoma counties, employing more than 1,700 staff. During his tenure with GRAND, Josh has been instrumental in the development and oversight of many of the agency’s breakthrough mental health programs including GRAND’s patented 24/7 treatment model, which utilizes mobile technology and numerous levels of care to provide instant access to treatment when and where it is needed.

Both a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified peer recovery support specialist (CPRSS), Josh holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Oklahoma. His nearly 20-year career in the mental health field includes leadership roles at ROCMND’s Tulsa Area Prevention Resource Center and the Oklahoma Mental Health Courts system. In addition, Josh has created and published more than 20 therapeutic games focusing on mental health and substance use.
