For over 40 years, Larry has played an integral role in managing vital nonprofit agencies including 25+ years in leadership roles at GRAND Mental Health.
As CEO, Larry has grown GRAND to its current stature as the premiere mental health provider in Oklahoma, serving an annual population of over 30,000 clients across the state. During his exemplary career, Larry has spearheaded efforts to bridge the gap between law enforcement, traditional healthcare, and mental health treatment. He has pushed the envelope in the development of new and innovative treatment models, serving as both a contributor to the National Research Institute and primary architect of the My Care app, a nationally recognized mobile application providing 24/7 access to licensed behavioral health professionals, as well as assistance to first responders when encountering a mental health crisis.
Larry is both a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (CPRSS).

GRAND Mental Health offers a variety of programs and services for individuals of all ages. We provide outpatient services which include Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Individual Rehabilitation, Group Rehabilitation, Case Management Services, and Medication Management Services. Programs offered for children and adolescents who have increased behavioral health issues is Systems of Care / Wraparound Services. Other programs we offer on a limited basis include Mental Health Court and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
