Victor Heutz has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, starting with their current role as President, CEO, and Cofounder of GM Restaurant Group. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Noodles & Company from 2016 to 2017. Victor also held the position of Vice President of U.S Franchise Operations at Buffalo Wild Wings in 2015. Before that, they worked at Starbucks for a significant period of time, serving as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a region with over 600 stores and 11,000 employees, managing various aspects of operations including brand building, real estate site selection, store design, and P&L accountability. Victor worked at Starbucks from 2009 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Victor Heutz held the role of Region Vice President at Cold Stone Creamery, overseeing operations, growth, and development in the US Eastern Region. Victor also worked as a Market Leader for Franchise Operations at Burger King Corporation, responsible for franchise operations, marketing execution, financial analysis, and training implementation.
