Vin Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Vin started their career as the Founder of Cinemagic Marquee in 1989, where they patented technology that played a significant role in the founding of the automated display industry. Vin then moved on to become the CEO/Partner at The Bohle Company, a corporate public relations firm. In 2004, Vin Lee became the Chief Executive Officer of Dalgety PLC, a food and beverages company based in Lisbon, Portugal. Vin also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Orcofi Holdings, a French fashion house specializing in luxury goods. In 2010, they acquired Gallery Rodeo, a fine art gallery, and became its owner. Vin also became the Chief Executive Officer of Finlay Fine Jewelry, the largest operator of leased jewelry departments in the US and France. Additionally, Vin Lee served as the Chief Executive Officer of Heilig-Meyers Furniture, a privately-held furniture group in North America. Lastly, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Grand Metropolitan, an American multinational luxury goods holding company.

Vin Lee attended the University of Michigan from 1988 to 1992, but did not earn a degree during this time. Additionally, Vin Lee studied Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects at Sheridan College. They also pursued a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Michigan.
