Abdurrahman Tutdere is a Lawyer. He graduated from Atatürk University Erzincan Faculty of Law.
He has worked as a freelance lawyer registered with Adıyaman Bar Association since 2001. He also served as an expert mediator. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Adıyaman Bar Association, General Secretary, Vice President of the Bar Association, and Member of the Child Rights Board of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. He started active politics in the CHP Adıyaman Provincial Youth Branch in 1998. He served as Chairman of the Provincial Disciplinary Board, Member of the Provincial Executive Board, and Provincial Secretary, respectively. He was elected as Adıyaman deputy in June 2018. In June 2020, he was elected as a Clerk Member of the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. He still continues his duty as a Clerk Member in the Presidency Council of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
