Aude Raguideau

Aude Raguideau serves as the Directrice du Cycle des déchets et de l'énergie at Grand Paris Sud since January 2016, leading the construction, implementation, and assessment of public policies related to energy transition and waste management. Key responsibilities include managing a budget of approximately 65 million euros annually, overseeing a team of 73 agents across multiple services, and ensuring legal and financial compliance in departmental activities. Previous roles include Responsable du service Energie, where Aude defined and optimized the strategy for heat networks, and Chef de projets at both BERIM and ELAN, focusing on technical and financial support for heat network projects and energy optimization in buildings, respectively. Aude holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie Climatique et Énergétique from INSA Strasbourg and a Licence in Physique/Chimie from Université Paris-Saclay.
