Lucie Couland

Lucie Couland is an experienced professional in the field of European programs and structural funds, currently serving as Chargée d'affaires programmes européens et fonds structurels at Grand Paris Sud since October 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing the integrated territorial investment (ITI) for the agency, evaluating project opportunities, supporting local project leaders in securing European grants, and implementing communication strategies. Prior to this role, Lucie held positions at Région Île-de-France, focusing on managing European funding and ensuring compliance with operational programs, notably under the FEDER and FSE frameworks. Lucie also gained foundational experience during an internship at Conseil régional d'Île-de-France and various roles while pursuing higher education at Université Paris-Sorbonne, where Lucie earned a Master’s in Urban Planning and Strategic Urbanism.
