Yeanette Espinosa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Community/Property Manager at Grand Peaks since March 2022, Yeanette previously held the role of Luxury Apartment Leasing Manager at Picerne Real Estate Group from May 2018 to May 2021, where management of three luxury multi-family communities in Central Florida included the successful opening and leasing of a new property in Lake Nona ahead of schedule. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant General Manager at Buca di Beppo, managing multiple locations nationwide, and as a Real Estate Agent at La Rosa Realty, distinguished for exceptional sales as a first-time agent. Yeanette's educational background includes degrees in Real Estate Development from iFrec, Health Sciences from Dallas College, and Culinary Arts from Osceola Technical College.
