Michael D. Miller

Michael D. Miller serves as the Director of Curriculum Development and Assessment at Grand Rapids Community College and holds the position of Adjunct Professor and Faculty Association Advocate within the English Department. Additionally, Michael is a Creative Partner/Designer/Writer at Mythopoeia Games Publications, contributing to the creation of multiple RPG sourcebooks and promoting featured artists. Michael's experience includes co-writing and developing projects as a Scriptwriter for Shaffer Shokai and providing writing consultancy services since 1996. Academic roles also include positions as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Kendall College of Art and Design, an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Aquinas College, and an Adjunct Professional Writing Instructor at Davenport University. Prior to academic roles, Michael was an Operations Supervisor at SMG and participated in various writing projects, including a significant role as a Writer-For-Hire and story editor for UFOO, INC. Michael holds an AA in Liberal Arts from Grand Rapids Community College, an MPW in Professional Writing from the University of Southern California, and a BA in English from Western Michigan University.
