Ann Puckett

Ann Puckett is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Grand Rapids Community Foundation since May 2002, Ann specializes in cybersecurity program development, IT security audits, strategic planning, project management, and support services. Previously, Ann held the position of IT Manager/Grants Administration, where responsibilities included IT administration and assisting nonprofits with the grantmaking process. Prior to joining Grand Rapids Community Foundation, Ann worked as an Executive Assistant at Norris Perne & French, helping prepare financial reports and manage tax-related tasks. Ann Puckett holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Western Michigan University and multiple degrees from Ferris State University and Grand Rapids Community College, reflecting a strong educational foundation in business administration and computer science.
