With a background in Plastics Engineering Technology, Mike has held various roles from Purchasing Engineer to Senior Plastics Project Engineer, where Mike has successfully implemented cost-saving projects, developed manufacturing processes, and provided technical expertise to ensure quality control. Currently serving as the Global Quality Manager at Grand Rapids Controls Co., LLC, Mike oversees all quality department activities to ensure the highest standards are met.
