Chavon McMurray

ChaVon McMurray is an experienced Project Coordinator for Community and Student Affairs at Grand Rapids Public Schools since October 2014. Previous roles include Site Coordinator for the After School LOOP program at United Methodist Community House, Academic Support Teacher, and Substitute Teacher across various schools, serving grades K-12. ChaVon has also worked as an Intervention Specialist for Grand Rapids Public Schools during summer sessions, providing support to middle and high school students. Additional experience includes customer service and management roles at Ferris State University and a summer internship as Program Development Manager at Awake Inc. ChaVon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Speech Communication from Ferris State University and a high school diploma from Ottawa Hills High School.
