Laura Kettler

Laura Kettler has a robust background in the luxury hospitality sector, currently serving as the Assistant Front Office Manager at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Front Office Supervisor at Kempinski Palace Engelberg and Assistant Royal Service Manager at Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg, where Laura also served as Front Office Supervisor and Front Office Agent. In May 2018, Laura briefly worked as a Concierge at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa as part of an exchange program with the Selection of German Luxury Hotels. Earlier career stages were spent with THE LUXURY COLLECTION and Novotel Hotels, where Laura gained foundational experience in hotel operations. Educational qualifications include the Hotelfachfrau degree from Deutsche Hotelakademie and a vocational education from Susanna-Eger-Schule in Leipzig, along with initial studies at The University of Göttingen.
