Michel Erpen

Michel Erpen is an experienced culinary professional specializing in patisserie, currently serving as the Executive Patissier at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz since July 2023. Previously, Michel held the title of Chef Patissier at The Chedi Andermatt from May 2020 to June 2023, and at Riffelalp Resort from December 2009 to April 2020. Early career roles include Chef Pâtissier at Château Gütsch and Widder Hotel, as well as positions at Hotel Ermitage, MV Crystal Cruise Symphony, and Hotel Crown Plaza. Michel began the culinary journey as a Chef de Partie at Winery & Luxury Restaurant Herzog and Hotel Schloss Romanshorn while completing formal education at Richemont Fachschule Berufsprüfung from August 2021 to March 2023.
