Michel Erpen is an experienced culinary professional specializing in patisserie, currently serving as the Executive Patissier at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz since July 2023. Previously, Michel held the title of Chef Patissier at The Chedi Andermatt from May 2020 to June 2023, and at Riffelalp Resort from December 2009 to April 2020.
