Mark Fellin MSW, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Adult Outpatient Mental Health Services & Withdrawal Management at Grand River Hospital since May 2021. Prior to this role, Mark was the Manager for the Haldimand-Norfolk Assertive Community Treatment Team and Homes for Special Care at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton from August 2015 to May 2021. Mark has also held positions as a Clinical Social Worker and Community Treatment Order Coordinator at Stratford General Hospital, and worked in various capacities in the field of mental health and community services, including as an Individual and Group Counselor and a Child and Youth Worker. Mark’s academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, a Certificate in Mental Health Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Economics from the same institution.
