Laura Boniface is an experienced technical service manager currently at Grand River Rubber & Plastics since April 2021. Previously, Laura served as a senior rubber chemist at Tarkett and held various roles at Parker Hannifin as a senior chemist, focusing on technical support for rubber compounds in hoses. Laura's extensive background includes product development and compound management at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, experience as a plant chemist at MA Hanna Rubber Compounding, and research roles at Minnesota Rubber and Lavelle Industries, among others. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and has engaged in continuous professional development throughout a career spanning over three decades in the rubber and plastics industry.
