Joy Goodner, CDP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Employment and Employee Experience at Grand River Solutions since April 2023. Joy has held various HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at the Toledo Museum of Art and Vice President of Human Resources at The Colorado Springs Gazette, LLC. Joy's career encompasses positions such as Regional Human Resources Director and Principal HR Business Partner at Gannett Media Co, an HR Generalist at Dakkota Integrated Systems, and HR roles in both the Alabama Department of Education and the Alabama State Department of Corrections. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources from Faulkner University and a Bachelor in Human Resources from Troy University. Joy is also recognized as an Elite Member of The Black In HR (TM) since January 2022.
