Michael C. Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael C. began their career in the US Army, working as a Linguist/Military Intelligence Operator from 1996 to 2002. After leaving the army, they joined Variegate Group as a Principal and Finance Manager, overseeing residential and light commercial building projects. In 2005, they moved to Daw Construction Group, where they served as a Project Manager, responsible for managing various aspects of construction projects. In 2007, they joined Delaware North Companies Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, taking on top-level accountability for development and expansion projects.
