Michael C. Gilbert

Michael C. Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael C. began their career in the US Army, working as a Linguist/Military Intelligence Operator from 1996 to 2002. After leaving the army, they joined Variegate Group as a Principal and Finance Manager, overseeing residential and light commercial building projects. In 2005, they moved to Daw Construction Group, where they served as a Project Manager, responsible for managing various aspects of construction projects. In 2007, they joined Delaware North Companies Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, taking on top-level accountability for development and expansion projects. Michael C. then transitioned to Miami Valley Gaming in 2013, assuming the role of Director of Facilities Operations. Their most recent position was as the Director of Property Operations at the Grand Sierra Resort, where they were responsible for overseeing property operations.

Michael C. Gilbert's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Russian Language from Utah State University.
