Heidi Sych has experience working as a Human Resources Assistant at Grand Traverse Pavilions since March 2018. Prior to that, Heidi held the role of Business Office Manager/Director of HR at Grand Traverse Academy from August 2011 to October 2017. Heidi also worked as an Accounting Administrative Assistant at Star of the West Milling Co. from June 1982 to August 2011. Heidi graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1975.

Grand Traverse Pavilions is the region’s first and only nonprofit continuum of care. Providing services for more than 300 residents and 100 daily program participants, Grand Traverse Pavilions is a community of caring and innovation primarily for our region’s low-income seniors, with Wellness Center programs for the entire community. Grand Traverse Pavilions is working to bring PACE, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly to the norther Michigan region. A recipient of the Governor’s Quality Care Award, The Pavilions is owned by Grand Traverse County and governed by the Grand Traverse County Department of Human Services Board.
