Rob Shepard

Rob Shepard has extensive experience in the building automation and technical support sectors. Currently serving as a Building Automation Service Tech at Grand Valley Automation, Inc. since October 2018, Rob also holds the position of Support Manager at Control Solutions Inc. since June 2015. Prior to these roles, Rob worked as a Technical Support Manager at Technical Energy Solutions from 1998 to 2015. Rob earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Engineering from Ferris State University, where studies took place from 1994 to 1998.
