Dan Barcheski is the founder and CEO of Axios Incorporated, a human resource services firm founded in 1988 with estimated 2016 revenue of $130 million and employing over 10,000 people. Since its founding, Dan has overseen, managed, and lead significant growth.
Dan’s expertise includes Corporate strategic planning and budget development, Strategic brand management, competitive analysis and positioning, Sales management systems development and deployment, Human Resources, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Methodologies, Sustainable strategic deployment process development, and Development and retention of intellectual capital and systems.
Dan possesses advanced analytical skills combined with the proven ability to solve difficult business problems. Together with his senior executives, Axios has consistently obtained high performance throughout a difficult economic environment, while continuing to build a successful and cohesive team.
Dan currently serves on a number of advisory boards throughout Michigan and has taught as an adjunct professor at Grand Valley State University’s Seidman School of Business.
Dan is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s OPM Executive Program and has a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College.
