Laura Millichap

Laura is the Co-Founder, President, and head of Strategic Accounts of CRE Simple, a financial technology company that has partnered with the largest commercial real estate firms in the United States to revolutionize access to capital for investment properties.

With deep personal and professional roots in commercial real estate, Laura’s network spans across almost every brokerage and mortgage brokerage firm in the country and most traditional lending sources. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about rethinking processes, building distribution channels and cultivating strategic relationships around industry partners to promote more prosperous ecosystems. CRE Simple represents a culmination of these efforts and Laura’s vision to modernize the commercial real estate experience.

Over the past two decades, Laura has worked for two banks and a privately held mortgage banking firm originating, underwriting, valuing, processing and assessing over $8B in commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes, working with most major and minor lending institutions in the space. Prior to finding her passion for commercial real estate finance, she worked in the commercial real estate data space and within the venture capital community.

Laura is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, guest speaker for the Mortgage Banker Association, modern architecture enthusiast, and science fiction fanatic.
