Joseph Duke

Joseph Duke is an experienced information technology professional with a strong background in security, technology management, and client services. Currently serving as an Information Technology Security Analyst at Grand View Health since April 2021, Joseph previously held the position of Director of Technology at The Baldwin School, where a multi-year technology budget was established to manage escalating costs. Prior to that, as Vice President of Client Services at Edu-Tech Academic Solutions, Joseph led a team to enhance technology standards and provide support for a large user base. Earlier roles included Manager of Technology Support at Desktop Design Associates, focusing on hardware and software needs, and positions as Macintosh Support Specialist and Service Technician at Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing and The Computer Forum, respectively. Joseph holds an Electro Mechanical Technology degree from Upper Bucks Vo-Tech School and CCNA certificates from Bucks County Community College.
