Arkita Adhikary is an experienced client relations and customer service professional with a strong background in marketing and management. Currently serving as a Client Relations Specialist at Grand View Research, Inc. since May 2022, Arkita previously worked as a Customer Relation Advisor at Tech Mahindra Business Services from February 2021 to March 2022 and as an Assistant Manager at Jaro Education from February 2020 to December 2020. Arkita began career development as a Conversion Expert during an internship at H&R Block in May 2019. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Arihant Institute of Business Management (2018-2020) and management development programs from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore in 2018.
