David Silvermintz

David Silvermintz has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. David is currently working as a Senior Vice President in Agency Underwriting at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Underwriter / First Vice President at SunTrust from March 2018 to December 2021. Before that, they worked as an Underwriter Senior Associate at Pillar Financial, a Division of SunTrust Bank from December 2016 to March 2018. David also gained experience as an Underwriter at Pillar Financial, an Affiliate of Guggenheim Partners from June 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, they worked at The Kislak Organization as an Acquisitions Analyst from September 2012 to May 2015 and as a Junior Analyst from May 2012 to August 2012. David'searlier experience includes working as a Trader at AMR Capital Trading from December 2010 to March 2011.

David Silvermintz completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Finance at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2006 to 2010. David then pursued a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University from 2018 to 2022. In addition, David obtained a certification in Multifamily Property Inspection from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2015.
