Keri Rutledge has extensive experience in the real estate finance sector, currently serving as an Asset Manager and previously as an Asset Analyst at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital since May 2017. Prior to this role, Keri worked at CBRE as a Financial Analyst from September 2012 to May 2017 and spent over twelve years at Colonial Properties Trust as a Senior Property Accountant from April 2000 to September 2012. Keri holds a degree from The University of New Mexico, where studies took place from 1994 to 1997.
