Tyler Paul

Tyler Paul has a strong background in underwriting and lending. Tyler began their career in 2006 as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs. In 2007, they joined Amerisphere Mortgage Finance as an Underwriting Manager, where they worked until 2011. At ACRE Capital LLC, Tyler held the positions of Vice President - Deputy Chief Underwriter - Agency Lending and Managing Director - GSE Lending from 2011 to 2015. Tyler then moved on to Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where they served as Deputy Chief Underwriter SVP - GSE Lending before being promoted to Chief Underwriter in February 2022.
