William Hasselmann

Vice President - Operations Manager at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital

William Hasselmann has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate and banking industries. William began their career as a Construction Loan Coordinator at National City Bank in 2004 and later transitioned to a Construction Loan Administrator role at both Fifth Third Bank and Truist (formerly BB&T). During this time, they were responsible for overseeing and administering residential construction loan portfolios, monitoring construction progress, and disbursing funds based on budget analysis. In 2011, William joined Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as an Asset Analyst, where they underwrote and recommended borrower requests for a Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) portfolio. William also handled other tasks such as analyzing operating statements and managing delinquent mortgage payments. In 2014, they became the Document Administration Manager at Grandbridge, overseeing the tracking, review, and secure storage of loan documentation and implementing a new imaging portal. In their most recent role as Vice President - Operations Manager at Grandbridge, William managed multiple departments within mortgage loan servicing operations, including tax payment, escrow analysis, and document administration. William set and updated procedures to maintain efficiency and responded to audit requests. Additionally, William has experience outside the real estate and banking fields, having worked as a PyroTechnician at Zambelli Fireworks, where they assisted in planning, firing, and cleaning up pyrotechnic shows.

William Hasselmann has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Auburn University. William also attended Cardinal Newman High School in WPB. In addition, they have obtained a certification in the MBA Future Leaders Program from the Mortgage Bankers Association, which was received in 2023.
