Zach Markiewicz

Zach Markiewicz has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Zach is currently working as the Director of FNMA & GNMA Trading at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at SunTrust from January 2017 to July 2020 as a CRE Hybrid Banker. Before joining SunTrust, Zach worked at Pillar Finance, an affiliate of Guggenheim Partners, from August 2015 to December 2016 as a CMBS Transaction Analyst. In 2014, they worked as a Small Balance CMBS Analyst at Guggenheim Partners. Zach also has experience as a Mortgage Asset Analyst at Pillar Finance from July 2012 to May 2014. Zach began their career as a Public Relations Associate at Aspen Heights from September 2011 to December 2011.

Zach Markiewicz attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance and Economics.
