Rick Froh

Rick Froh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Grande Cheese Company since May 2017. Prior positions include Vice President Operations and R&D at Mars, where Rick led a team to develop a new segment in dietary supplements, and various senior director roles at Procter & Gamble, focusing on strategic sourcing and purchasing. Rick has also held finance leadership roles and served as Treasurer on the board of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, obtained in 1987.
