Tim Gerdin

Tim Gerdin's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies.

From 2020 to the present, Tim has been working at GrandPad, starting as a Senior Engineer/Architect from January to April 2020 and then transitioning to the role of Operate Leader from April 2020 to November 2021. Tim is currently working as the Director of Platform Operations in this company.

Prior to GrandPad, Tim worked at Copilot Consulting Company LLC as the Owner since December 2007.

From October 2013 to September 2019, Tim worked at Lifetouch National School Studios as the Lead Solutions Architect. In this role, Tim was responsible for technical design and approach, communication to development teams, and guiding the technical implementation of various areas including Shutterfly Image Integration, Manufacturing, Image Processing Pipeline, Order Management, Marketing and Product Setup, Field Operation systems, and Google Services.

Before that, from March 2009 to October 2013, Tim worked at Lifetouch National School Studios as a Software Engineer - Consultant. Tim was the lead engineer for multiple Field Operation systems and added capabilities to the Single Sign-On system.

From December 2007 to January 2009, Tim worked at Optum as a Software Engineer - Consultant.

Tim also worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from June 2002 to November 2007, where they held the positions of Project Technical Lead/Application Architect from October 2003 to November 2007 and Software Engineer - Consultant from June 2002 to October 2003.

In their earlier career, Tim worked at ShopNBC as a Software Engineer - Consultant from January 2001 to July 2002. Tim designed and developed a payment server middleware application and integrated it into CRM software. Tim also designed and managed the development of a web-enabled presentation layer.

Tim started their career at Orion Consulting as a Senior Consultant from 1998 to 2002 and at Optum as a Business Analyst/Software Engineer - Consultant from July 1998 to December 2000, involved in the development of an enterprise Java application and a call center application.

In 1997, Tim worked as a MIS Engineer at Connect Computer.
