Haley Crosby

Haley Crosby has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Haley started their career in 2012 as a Registered Nurse at MICU, where they worked as a charge nurse in a medical ICU and also served as a member of the Rapid Response team. In 2017, they joined Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL as an Assistant Director for 6 Ortho. After two years, they were promoted to the position of Director for 6 Ortho. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Director of Nursing Resources, and in 2023, they became the Administrative Director for Med/Surg Nursing at the same hospital.

Haley Crosby completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology at Samford University from 2005 to 2009. Haley then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Samford University, graduating in 2011. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Orthopedic Nurse from the Orthopaedic Nurses Certification Board (ONCB). Haley Crosby later enrolled at the University of St. Francis from 2018 to 2021, where they completed a Master's of Health Administration degree with a focus on Health Administration.
