Brian Orr, CPA, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Grandview Property Partners, LLC since January 2019. Previously, Brian held the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer positions at Greenfield Partners, LLC from October 2015 to March 2020. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Realogic Analytics, Inc. and Citadel Investment Group, as well as a Vice President of Finance position at General Growth Properties. Brian also contributed to Recovery on Water as Board Chair and worked as a Financial Analyst at First Industrial Realty Trust. Earlier career roles include External Reporting Manager at Trizec Properties Inc. and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brian Orr earned an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
