J. Steve Hittle

J. Steve Hittle is the founder and CEO of Grandview Capital. His specialities are deal structure, valuation, finance, capital raising, business development and strategy. Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Hittle worked at LaSalle Investment Management providing asset management support to senior partners for core commercial assets throughout the U.S. Prior to that he was an investment banker at Banc of America Securities in New York City performing merger and acquisition services in the insurance sector. He received his Political Science degree from Creighton University. Mr. Hittle lives in Potomac, Maryland with his wife and two children. He is actively involved in several local charities focused primarily on homelessness issues.
