Victoria Bertrel

Victoria Bertrel has over 10 years of experience in the human resources and recruitment field. Victoria began their career in 2009 as a Partner Manager Assistant at HR Access Solutions. In 2010, they took on the role of Junior Social Controller at SFR. In 2011, they became a Human Resources Assistant at L'Oréal. In 2013, they moved to Accenture as a Recruitment Officer. From 2015 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Edenred, including Global Head of Talent & HR Development, Group Talent Manager, and Recruitment & Training Manager. Currently, they are the Talent&People Lead at Graneet.

Victoria Bertrel completed a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2021. From 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Master 231 “Human Resources Management” in apprenticeship from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. In the year prior, they completed the first year of a Master’s degree in apprenticeship with a specialization in HR from the same university. In 2009, they studied Gestion at the University of Valencia. From 2007 to 2010, they completed the CeseMed Program - Spanish Track in Global Management from KEDGE Business School.
