April Uskoski

April Uskoski has over 20 years of experience in human resources. April is currently serving as the Chief People and Strategy Officer at Grange Insurance Association. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at KinderCare Education, where they collaborated with senior leaders to drive employee engagement and develop talent initiatives. April also held various leadership roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance/Safeco Insurance, where they were responsible for talent management, leadership development, and organizational design. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Allstate, where they focused on talent selection, employee development, and employee relations.

April Uskoski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Western Washington University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Career Essentials in Generative AI" from Microsoft and LinkedIn in 2024, as well as "Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning" from LinkedIn in 2020.
