Brian Allen

Brian Allen, CPCU, AFIS has a strong background in the insurance industry, with a focus on underwriting and risk management. Brian is currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer & Corporate Secretary at Grange Insurance Association, where they oversee risk management strategies and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Brian served as the Director of Underwriting and Director of Personal Lines Underwriting at the same company. In these positions, they led teams of underwriters, implemented training programs, and collaborated with marketing teams to improve communication practices. Brian Allen, CPCU, AFIS, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from Providence College, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Brian further pursued a Masters of Science degree in Insurance Management from Boston University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to their university education, Brian obtained their High School Diploma from Chaminade High School between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their educational background, Brian has also obtained various certifications, including the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes in 2012 and the AFIS certification from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) in 2018.
