Ashley Patterson

Ashley Patterson has over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as AVP of Enterprise Training & Talent Management at Grange Insurance since 2009, Ashley has also held roles such as Director of P&C Organizational Effectiveness, Training, & Strategy, and Lead Human Resources Business Partner within the same company. In addition, Ashley operated as an Executive Coach and Owner at Inner Wayfinding Group from 2021 to 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Human Resources Manager at New Albany Country Club and Assistant Catering & Operations Manager at A Matter of Taste Catering and Cakes. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and has completed education at CoachU.
