Barbara Brown

Barbara Brown has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, primarily in claims operations and litigation. Barbara started their career at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP as an Attorney from August 2000 to August 2002. Barbara then joined Farlow & Associates as a Family Law Attorney from August 2002 to August 2003. Barbara later joined The Motorists Insurance Group as a Staff Attorney Senior from August 2003 to September 2008, and later became a Claims Branch Manager from 2008 to 2014. Since 2014, they have been working at Grange Insurance, where they have held various roles, including Senior Litigation Counsel, Claims Litigation Manager, Director of Claims Legal, Claims Recovery & Claims Processing, AVP Claims Casualty and Legal, and currently as Vice President of Claims Operations.

Barbara Brown obtained a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Brigham Young University in 1996. Additionally, Barbara has obtained certifications in "Fair and Effective Interviewing for Diversity and Inclusion" from LinkedIn in 2023 and "CPCU" at an unspecified institution in 2007.
