Carrie Maun-Smith, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on strategy, operational excellence, and community impact. Currently serving as AVP of Culture and Community Impact at Grange Insurance, Carrie has significantly enhanced employee engagement and social impact, achieving record participation in employee giving campaigns. Previous positions at Grange include VP of Enterprise Strategy, where oversight included strategic business transformations, and AVP of Customer Experience and Digital Transformation, which focused on improving customer engagement and operational efficiency. Prior to Grange, Carrie held key positions at Safelite, driving substantial sales and cost reductions through operational model improvements, and at The Wendy's Company, where leadership in strategic initiatives contributed to major growth efforts. Carrie holds an MBA from Capital University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Wittenberg University.
