Denise Flatt

Director, Customer & Agent Experience Operations at Grange Insurance

Denise Flatt has over 26 years of experience in the insurance industry. Denise started their career at CNA Insurance in 1995 as a Casualty Claim Analyst and worked there until 2000. Denise then joined Harleysville Insurance and held the position of Assistant Vice President from 2000 to 2006. In 2007, they joined Grange Insurance as a Regional Claims Manager and held various leadership roles within the company, including Claims Business Process Leader and Customer Experience Readiness Leader. Currently, Denise is serving as the Director of Customer & Agent Experience Operations at Grange Insurance, a position they have held since May 2022.

Denise Flatt holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lipscomb University. Denise completed their high school education at Obion County Central High School. Additionally, Denise has obtained certifications as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci and as a WCLS Workers Compensation Claims Law Specialist from the American Educational Institute, Inc.
