Jenny Jacobs

Jenny Jacobs has over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Grange Insurance since March 1998. Previously, Jenny held roles as Human Resources Manager and Lead Human Resources Business Partner at the same company, focusing on recruiting, employee relations, and talent management. Prior to joining Grange Insurance, Jenny worked as a Personnel Officer for the Ohio Department of Transportation from November 1994 to March 1998. Jenny graduated from Ohio University, earning a degree between 1990 and 1994.
