Kevin Horstman is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at Grange Insurance, where roles have included Product Manager for State & Product Expansion, Market Strategy Consultant, Senior Customer Retention Consultant, Customer Retention Consultant, and Customer Experience Analyst since May 2010. Prior to this, Kevin served as a Management Graduate Assistant at The University of Akron from August 2008 to May 2010. Kevin holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Strategic Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from The University of Akron.
