M. Marnette Perry

M. Marnette Perry was elected to the Grange Insurance Company Board of Directors in 2007 and as board chair in 2020. She currently chairs the Capital and Finance Committee and Executive Committee. Marnette has previously chaired the Investment and Corporate Governance Committees and has served on the Human Capital and Total Rewards Committee. Marnette most recently served as Senior Vice President and Officer of The Kroger Company, where she led eight retail divisions, spanning 20 states. During her 44 years with Kroger, she held numerous leadership positions, including President of the Columbus division and President of the Michigan division. Marnette additionally serves on the Boards of Trustees of The Ohio State University Foundation, the James Cancer Hospital Foundation, the Chautauqua Institution, and the Kimball-Midwest Advisory Board.
