Shannon Wells

Shannon Wells is an experienced Product Manager at Granicus Australia/New Zealand, leading two scrum teams to enhance the OpenForms application, utilized by local and state governments across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. With a background as an Experience Design Analyst since 2010, Shannon combines technical expertise with visual communication skills to improve user experience across various products. Prior to Granicus, Shannon served as a Cash Office Assistant and Service Supervisor at Woolworths Supermarkets, handling financial operations and overseeing front-of-store staff. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Computing, specializing in Network Design and Security and Web Development from Swinburne University of Technology, along with a VCE from Siena College in Melbourne.
