Brijesh A is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic human resource management across various companies. Currently serving as the Country HR Leader at Granicus since April 2022, Brijesh is a strategic partner to the leadership team, focusing on establishing and growing the India business through innovative HR practices. Previously, Brijesh held the position of Director - HR at NTT Ltd., overseeing HRBP strategies across multiple international locations and managing talent acquisition efforts. With a strong background in talent management and organizational development, Brijesh has also contributed as Talent Acquisition Leader at Altran and in various HR roles at Talisma Corporation, Deutsche Bank Operations India, and Goldman Sachs, consistently driving effective HR initiatives and employee engagement. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
