Jael Smart

Jael Smart currently serves as Manager of Customer Success at Granicus since August 2021, following a role as Project Manager II. Prior experience includes working at Tulsa Public Schools from March 2020 to August 2021 as a Project Coordinator, focused on supporting multiple project managers and delivering effective end-user training for software upgrades at one of Oklahoma's largest public school districts. Jael also held the position of Project Coordinator at B+T Group from February 2018 to December 2019 and served as Office Manager at Access Enterprises from June 2013 to February 2018. Education was completed at Oklahoma State University between 2011 and 2013.
